What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition coaching with me is a personalized experience. You will be listened to 100%.
My goal is to help you get to the root of your needs, and, together, form a solution that is based on your lifestyle and preferences. This could be about your relationship with food, your nutrition, digestion and physical pain, fatigue, or your desire to know yourself better. Each session will focus on your need that week.
My technique during our sessions will change depending on who you are and how you work. But no matter who you are, you will get complete support and encouragement. You may even be challenged, if needed.
Through this experience, your understanding of your body will grow immensely. You may discover what truly matters to you and what you finally need to let go. And we will find your perfect “diet” (the way you eat).

Are sessions private?
All of our sessions are confidential, except in the case of harm to yourself or others. I follow the same rules and regulations that your doctors and counselors do. These are called HIPAA regulations. To view a copy of HIPAA regulations, visit this website.
What kind of forms will I need to fill out?
You will be asked to complete a client intake form online when you purchase your package. This intake form will give me the opportunity to learn more about who you are and what you would like to accomplish through coaching. The more detailed you are, the more we can cover during your first session.
Do I need to pay in advance?
All packages require full payment in advance, except for the monthly lifestyle coaching, which is a cost of $250 per month. If you are in financial hardship and would benefit from payment plans, please contact me here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal. By using PayPal, you may pay with a credit card or directly from a bank account. You can change your payment options in your PayPal member account.
How does session scheduling work?
All of our sessions will be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.
What are your cancellation procedures?
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, in order to reschedule the session. Appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period will be charged as “attended”, and all purchase fees will apply. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding personal reasons for cancellation.
What will we talk about at each session?
Each session will be guided by your current health, lifestyle, events of your week, and any personal matters you bring to the call. My goal is to help you discover your needs, get in touch with your body’s best method of healing and living, and provide knowledge and a framework for you to do so. I will listen and give direction as needed.
I want nutrition coaching, but it’s too expensive for me. What should I do?
